If a product you purchase is broken or defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order. Please be sure to include the order number, the product name or description as well as what issue you are having with the item. an RMA number will be provided for your return to help us efficiently identify it upon its arrival.
A replacement will be processed if the item is still available and in stock. If the item is no longer available and in stock, a refund will be processed.
Items returned to Whirls N Swirls Quilting are shipped at the purchasers expense, with a 15% restocking fee, without original shipping reimbursement. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items are packed in a way to ensure no damage is incurred to the items during the return shipping process. Returned items must be in resale condition (unopened, unused). Refunds will not be processed until the product is received and inspected.
We are unable to accept returns on cut fabrics, quilting / sewing patterns, longarm patterns or digital content.
